CONFERENCE FACILITIES
Our conference facilities consist of 3 separate conference venues equipped with audio visual equipment, whiteboard, flip chart and ready rail. The venues are fully air-conditioned or heated, with insulated acoustic ceilings and cosy laminate flooring.
Flexible conference packages are tailor made for each requirement that may arise. Options include half day conference without lunch, half day conferences with lunch and full day conference with lunch. Other requests like hourly rates and venue only fees will be quoted for separately according to individual requirements. Packages including accommodation can be supplied per request.
Delegates can enjoy mid-morning coffee or tea with a savoury snack, a delicious lunch and afternoon coffee or tea with pastry. Breakfast and dinner options are also available, as well as end-of-conference “braai” or corporate function.
Other activities offered to compliment our conferences are cellar tours, grape harvesting, winemaking experience, wine blending workshop, food and wine pairing, as well as outdoor activities like hiking and group sports competitions |
